Some products are in stock at our U.S. warehouse and can be delivered within 4–7 days after ordering.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.

If returning for personal reasons, shipping costs are your responsibility, and refunds will be processed minus our original shipping cost.

Are your products the same as designer brands?
Our fixtures aren’t affiliated with any brand, but we use similar materials, finishes, sizes, and production techniques. Every piece is made in our own factory with close attention to quality and detail.
Can I customize the cord or rod length?
Absolutely. If you have high ceilings or specific needs, just share the ceiling height or desired drop length with our team. We’ll recommend the right solution and offer rods/cords up to 120 inches.
Can you help with vaulted ceiling installation?
How long does delivery take?

Small items (under 24"): 1–7 days to process + 4–7 days shipping (air).

Large items (24"+): May ship by sea, taking ~30 days. We’ll confirm with you before shipping.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it ships — just email us as soon as possible. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
